Do these glasses really work?
Yes. ALPÉ lenses are tested to BS EN ISO 12312-1:2013+A1:2015 and block up to 99% of blue and green light. More than 1,000 customers have noticed a difference in eye strain and sleep quality, usually within one to two weeks.
Can I wear them all day?
Yes — that is what they are designed for. The frame is light and comfortable, so most customers forget they are wearing it.
Do they distort screen colours?
Only slightly. Daily lenses have a subtle yellow tint, while Evening lenses are orange. Most people adjust within minutes.
