When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We do not collect payment-card data—payments are processed by Stripe under EU standards.

We use your data only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell it to third parties. We may use your email address for order updates and, with your consent, marketing messages.
Cookies
We use the minimum cookies required for the site to work, including cart and session cookies. We do not use third-party tracking cookies without your consent.
Your rights under the GDPR
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Send your request to hello@alpewear.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Order data is retained for five years as required by Bulgarian accounting law and deleted after that period.
