Terms and conditions

1. Orders

Orders are confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or a technical pricing error has occurred.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not have access to your card details.

We accept card payments through Stripe and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery carries a €1.00 service fee shown in the order summary before confirmation. The 14-day right of withdrawal and 24-month statutory guarantee apply regardless of payment method.

3. Delivery

Delivery in Bulgaria takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is free for orders over €50 and costs €4.99 for orders below €50.

4. Returns and exchanges

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving a reason, under Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact hello@alpewear.com with your order number. The product must be in its original packaging and free from visible damage. We cover the return-delivery cost.

5. Guarantee

All ALPÉ products include a 24-month statutory guarantee against manufacturing defects under Articles 112–114 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2019/771/EU. It does not cover normal wear or damage caused by the customer.

6. Liability

ALPÉ glasses are certified accessories designed to reduce blue-light exposure. They are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are referred to the competent Bulgarian court. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by the law of their country.
